Lazy mom's fruit and yogurt bowl
A friend of mine creates these amazing smoothie bowls. Fresh fruit, chia seeds, toasted coconut all beautifully arranged. They are works of art and I admire them but this mom has no time for pretty. I'm happy with "good."
The term "lazy" is usually considered a negative. Not for me. If you can make something as lazy as possible then I believe your chances of success are improved. Think about it: how many times have you reached for a crappy snack simply because it was easy?
I'm a firm believer is a well stocked snack drawer at work. If you've got an office fridge like I do, even better. The lazier you can make good, healthier choices then the better you will be at opting for good, healthy food rather than grabbing junk.

Lazy mom's fruit and yogurt bowl
Frozen fruit of your choice. (I like mixed berries)
Yogurt of your choice (I like full fat Greek vanilla yogurt)
Office fridge version:
Dump 1/2 cup to 1 cup of frozen fruit into a bowl or mug. Microwave for approximately 1 minute (larger fruit pieces will take longer to defrost than smaller, chopped fruit).
Once defrosted, add approximately 1/2 cup of yogurt.
Volia !
Mason jar version:
Add yogurt to the bottom of a mason jar and top with frozen fruit. The frozen fruit will thaw and keep your yogurt cool until snack time. Bonus!
Happy office snacking!
